Nelson was great at coming and fixing my issue with moving a radiator pipe. He was fast and detailed adding fixtures to help with future draining of the system. He also gave recommendations on other things to fix in the future and advice on how to take precautions and manage it until i am able to fix it. 10/10 patient and quality service

I had Nelson inspect my water for maintenance purposes. He was incredibly knowledgeable, laid out all the potential options, didn't do any up selling, and even taught me how to do the regular flushing of the water heater myself going forward so I can continue to maintain it. From my first call to Freeline through completion of service I received excellent customer service. Not many plumbers in my area repair backflow prevention devices so by the time I contacted Freeline I was exhausted. But, they were amazing. Maurice explained everything part that needed to be installed and why. The prices came from a price book, so I felt they were fair. They also offer multiple tiers of work for you to choose from based on the bare minimum needed up to what’s recommended. Maurice was timely, thorough, and kind.
