From my first call to Freeline through completion of service I received excellent customer service. Not many plumbers in my area repair backflow prevention devices so by the time I contacted Freeline I was exhausted. But, they were amazing. Maurice explained everything part that needed to be installed and why. The prices came from a price book, so I felt they were fair. They also offer multiple tiers of work for you to choose from based on the bare minimum needed up to what’s recommended. Maurice was timely, thorough, and kind.
