The technician put in maximum effort to resolve the problem and kept constant communication throughout the entire process. Miracle Appliance Repair provided outstanding customer service within 24 hours with a major installation of our 30 inch Built in Stove Top with downdraft vent system gas line connection. Extremely professional and knowledgeable of appliances. Friendly and explained the operation of appliance. I would highly recommend Mr. Assefa to family and friends for service. We are extremely happy with our stove top.

We submitted a service request 3 months ago to our home warranty company to repair our retractable downdraft exhaust vent for our cooktop that didn’t go up and down. the job was assigned to 3 different service providers over the course of the 3 months. Not one service provider spent the time to diagnose the problem. One replaced the on/off switch. That didn't fix the problem. Outstanding Service - Finally Found the Right Repair Company! The repair technician was very friendly. Also explained everything that may be going on with my refrigerator issue. He was also very flexible with time and dates of attending and worked around my schedule. I would definitely recommend using this company.
