The Technician arrived as scheduled. He diagnosed the problem, had the required replacement part on his truck and installed the new part within an hour! Refrigerator working properly now. Great job by a professional Technician.

Repair person was courteous and professional. Diagnosed and fixed our problem with our dryer quickly. Parts came in faster than we expected. It’s very expensive and it would be nice if the $99 fee to come out to the house would be deducted from the total cost. The diagnostic appointment lasted 5 min and it cost me $99 plus another $428 for parts and labor. I only removed a star because their automated calling system that alerts you your technicians on the way has a serious delay. The technician was already back in his truck leaving when I got the call that he was on his way. Luckily, I was already home so I didn’t miss him. I’m not sure the office is aware of this, but I would think that people would miss or be late for appointments this way!

Incredibly grateful to the repair tech who came out to look at my Bosch dishwasher. The window for arrival was huge but the automated system provided some heads up when they were close to arriving, which was nice. The technician was kind, courteous, and knowledgeable. He did a great job helping me diagnose the issue which was a combination of the dishwasher part failing and apparently an issue with the grounding in my old house's outlet. I'm terrible with names, I think it was Jake that came out. Sorry if I'm incorrect in the name, but I appreciate your time and expertise!
