Computer Alley

Brought in a very high end motherboard with a pin bent hoping to get it fixed. Robert with his years of experience fixed my motherboard within minutes. It’s clear they care more about there customers than the people. Everyone was very friendly and kind. If you’re looking for a smooth and easy experience I do recommend.

I recently purchased a computer, but could not get a very old software app (Quicken 2002) to install on it. I spent hours trying because I wanted to still have access to my old financial records. However, Computer Alley was able to do it. They have also helped me with other computer challenges in the past. I am a small business owner, and they have been effectively functioning as my IT department. I am grateful to them for all the support over the years.

Can’t say enough good things about this place. My laptop suddenly stopped working and I honestly know nothing about computers, so I felt a little vulnerable, but they were super nice and transparent every step of the way. They were upfront that it would cost more to fix than replace, and helped me through the whole process of getting a new system. They even went above and beyond to help save my data. Highly recommend!!!

The guys are so nice and eager to solve problems. Fair price. My jobs have all been small, but small inexpensive repairs have saved us a lot!

I really didn't expect much it not being best Buy, or the like, but I was desperate. So I went to Computer Alley as it was close to home. I was greeted right when I came in the door. They are friendly, and knowledgeable in what they do. They took care of my computer and I am very pleased that the issues were all taken care of. Robert was a pleasure to deal with. I don't remember the guys name in the back, but he too was friendly. I was treated with kindness, even though it was obvious I was embarrassed that I had clicked on something I shouldn't have (which is why I was there). Well worth the wait.
