He actually came in on his day off just to help me, which truly shows his dedication and commitment to customers. Travis took the time to answer all of my questions patiently and thoroughly. ProCam Ann Arbor is one of the most supportive places for photographers I’ve ever been. Every time I walk in, the staff is knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely excited to help people make art. On my most recent visit, Noor helped me choose a printer for my digital photography, and she took the time to really understand what I was trying to accomplish. I am so glad that I found ProCam - Seriously great people and store. Always has a great selection and are eager to help. Their film processing is speedy and fantastic. Best film development in a2!!! Staffs are super friendly and helpful, prices and efficiency are unbeatable. I got my film developed in 24 hrs and they’re good quality. Compare to other stores which usually take a week and charge me more. I’m glad I tried this place out and now I’ll develop all my future films with Procam.
