0 Stars DO NOT GO TO A2 COMPUTER. I dropped my son’s PS5 off almost two months ago. They told me it would take two weeks, but then called me back just to tell me about the same problem I already explained. The guy said he’d “get it to his buddy” to fix since he couldn’t handle it himself. Fast forward two months — still no PS5. Still no update! I went by to ask and he said “what ps5” completely confused on what I was talking about. Told me his buddy is still working on it once I told him he had my son ps5! Meanwhile, I referred a friend to the same place, and somehow they got their PS5 back the next day. When I called to ask what’s going on, he gave me nothing but excuses and attitude, then said he’d “return my PS5 when he gets it from his buddy” Bottom line: they’re unprofessional, unreliable, and full of excuses. Don’t waste your time or money — A2 Computer is a joke!
