My stove has been out for three weeks. The earliest Unique could come for a warranty repair was three weeks out. The appointment was moved twice. Tech was pleasant enough, but came Friday with no parts. I was told he would be coming back Tuesday at 8am. Unique Repair called today saying that this repair takes two people and they only have one. I would have to call the manufacturer again because they could not complete the ticket. Seriously?!? It took more than three weeks for that result? I would NOT recommend this company.
