Had Mr. Appliance scheduled for repair on a laundry center and refrigerator in same visit. 1/30/26 Analyzed and made recommendations for repairs. Refrigerator had a crack in it, which he noted, but recommended service anyway. Parts were ordered. 2/6/26 Returned for the 2nd visit and replaced the control board, damper and sensor on Fridge. Replaced the agitator & collar on laundry center. 2/10/26 3rd visit due to laundry still not operating correctly and fridge still freezing food. Reattached spring in wash tub and leveled and put another sensor into the refrigerator. Total paid to Mr. Appliance $1,109. 2/15/26 Fridge still freezing food :/ Replaced refrigerator directly through Frigidaire. Will not call this company for service again.
