Very helpful and knowledgeable. They didn't just say, "no, we don't have that" like everywhere else we checked, they found a part that would work and by the time we got there they had found the exact part we needed. That's customer service. I won't bother calling anywhere else the next time.

I would love to give a very huge shout out to this fabulous company and their three employees who just helped me out. I literally owe them my life. Peoples gas company put a new gas meter in outside and shut off power to my stove, furnace and hot water tank. I went without heat or hot water for three days bc they red flagged everything. I am a senior citizen (67 years old) and having health problems and was freezing all this time. I was at my wits end bc I couldn't get anyone to help me. I needed a draft hood for the hot water tank and Meyers was the only one who had it. First time I was ever in their place and was treated with respect. Very friendly. They hooked me up and were definitely guardian angels along with their good friend Bill Ulderich who put on the draft hood and turned on the appliances. If u ever need anything, they are the company to go to. I will remember everything they've done for me forever... They really went above and beyond and I am very grateful. Thank u so much for ur kindness and empathy. I appreciate ur help more than u will ever know

Terrible customer service walked in and the comment was made we've been open all day and now every shows up. I turned around and left im all about supporting my locals shops but comments like that will not keep you in business

Only place in 3 counties that had the part I needed and was open the day after Christmas thank you so soooooo much saved me and my landlord a whole lot of headache money and hassle. Will recommend you over and over! Had to add a later note ......after my 47 minute drive home, and 2 attempts at restarting the furnace....I HAVE HEAT! (I bumped igniter wires installing it, amateur mistake) thanks guys!
