I've scheduled service twice during the bad weather with other plumbers. They were no shows with no phone call or text. NOT Laurel Plumbing. This guy is very patient and responsive, really nice on the phone, and continues to reschedule. I'm staying with Laurel. So far they've been great! They're coming Monday! YAY!

Called to install a new water heater and got me scheduled very quickly. Will did an awesome job. While maintaining a high quality and professional workmanship, the job was completed in less than 3 hours (YMMV). Amazing company and will definitely use their services again.

We have had a long standing issue with a persistent sewage odor in the basement, which occurs only during rainfall. I am impressed with the dedication of the Laurel Plumbing & HVAC. Kenny, Bill, and their team have been diligent in working toward a solution. I also want to commend Joann in the office for her exceptional assistance with scheduling and promptly answering my questions. Laurel Plumbing consistently arrives as scheduled, demonstrating a clear commitment to resolving the problem efficiently.

the actual thawing was great... however, they missed a ground and fried my furnace transformer and additional part inside the furnace. I had to have someone come to repair the furnace and i still do not have the cost on that as yet.
