We had clogged tub which resulted in leak and at same time water heater crashed. I called the company and they had someone come out that afternoon. Justin was our service tech and he was awesome! Gave us multiple quotes and options to fix things and was here the next day and got it all done. Very nice and professional. Got a free plunger as well
Sean Miller and Justin Keller were very professional and knowledgeable. They informed us of our options and supplied onsite reasonable prices. Once we committed to the job, they scheduled us within 2 days and completed the job in one day. I highly trust and recommend 1-Tom-Plummer. Dylan also assisted with the job. Very nice, courteous and personable! We are extremely happy with the outcome and we recommend this business for any plumbing need.
Gavin came out to replace my PRV and address a basement leak. The installation is clean, solid and professionally done. He took the time to answer my questions and made sure everything was completed properly. I appreciate his professionalism and would absolutely request Gavin again for future plumbing work.
Sean and Gavin did a great job with our home. We had multiple issues that they took care of and caught some issues before they became major problems. They kept us informed while they worked and were helpful to answer questions and go back over information. They are willing to do some research to help find us a solution to an additional service we want to complete. Would definitely recommend.
