Excellent Business to deal with for your heating repairs. The Office Administrator was very nice and professional unlike another Business I called prior that was swamped. B Hale was just as busy but this Administrator was calm cool and collective! She took my information and told me she would call back once a technician was free. 10 minutes later my phone rang and sure enough she said HELP was on the way. A large red Van shows up and a technician named Jason greets me. He was professional and knowledgeable and the first thing I felt when he was trouble shooting my boiler was confident in his trade skills. He had everything repaired and gave me a quick tutorial about my boiler repair. I highly recommend dealing with this business if you want hassle free expert service. Lastly- price was very fair and I have no complaints about my bill! A+++++

I highly recommend B-Hale to everyone! I have been using their services since I moved into my home eight years ago, and no matter what problem I have, they are always there to help. This morning, I discovered that my toilet supply line had burst sometime during the night. Judging by the amount of water, it must have been running for hours. I called B-Hale, and they arrived at my home within 20 minutes! Keith, the repairman, has been here several times before, and he is truly one of the nicest and most knowledgeable professionals I’ve ever met.
