I highly recommend B-Hale to everyone! I have been using their services since I moved into my home eight years ago, and no matter what problem I have, they are always there to help. This morning, I discovered that my toilet supply line had burst sometime during the night. Judging by the amount of water, it must have been running for hours. Excellent Business to deal with for your heating repairs. The Office Administrator was very nice and professional unlike another Business I called prior that was swamped. B Hale was just as busy but this Administrator was calm cool and collective! She took my information and told me she would call back once a technician was free. 10 minutes later my phone rang and sure enough she said HELP was on the way. A large red Van shows up and a technician named Jason greets me. My heat has been sporadic, furnace never stayed on, woke up to 54 degrees the coldest days of 2026. I called and they had a guy out the next day. Not only did he take care of my issues in no time, but he was kind enough to let me stand over his shoulder while he explained everything to me. My house hasn’t been this warm in weeks! Thank you!
