Excellent job. The technician took the time to confirm my line way totally clear from both the house and main. The service is pricey, but the job was extremely well done. I am marking 'over priced' in this survey, but that is probably a reflection of my past transactions with Roto-Rooter. This job was a little over twice as much as I paid in the past, but that was years ago. Everything goes up in price. I would have considered it a 'Reasonable' price if it had been in the $400 range. All in all, the young man was extremely cordial and did a great job handling my line issue.

Best plumbing experience ever! Jerod and William originally came to assist with the replacement of an old garbage disposal, but when we mentioned the need to upgrade our kitchen sink, faucet and under-sink plumbing as well, they sprang into action, and we had EVERYTHING replaced within 72 hours. They were incredibly polite, friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient, and their clean-up left the kitchen neater than they found it. Absolutely recommend!

The service man came to the house, complained the whole time, told us all the things we did wrong to clog the floor drain, said he unclogged "the whole system" and actually unclogged one single drain on a system he said was "connected." He ran out of water in his truck within 10 minutes of starting the job and insisted on using the water from the house. Quoted one price for the job and then quoted a price 3 times as much when he got there. I feel that is why he unclogged one single drain. The whole experience was awful! Totally would not recommend the service person I had to deal with. The work was done at my elderly Mother's house in Tyrone. ******Edited to say that the Service manager, Robert, called and tried to "make it right" and showed a lot of compassion and empathy. A little kindness goes a long way. I was grateful to find out that that service person I dealt with no longer works there! Even though it is not possible to make it right now, I appreciated the offer!
