Noah and his team were on time, did great work, cleaned up perfectly, kept us informed, communicated well, answered all my questions and were generally Awesome to work with! Thanks guys. These guys are the very best in what they do. They get the work completed in a timely manner, are courteous to time constraints, respectful of your home and property. After the cold water supply line to our basement vanity failed and led to our brand new carpet and pad soaked, we got the leak fixed and then reached out to Servmate. We called them around lunchtime and Noah was at our house by 5 that evening. He had a solution for us within 15 minutes and they returned at 8 AM the next morning to do their thing. Their solution worked seamlessly and saved us from having to replace the carpet or pad. Everyone who we dealt with from Krista in the office to Noah and his team were pleasant to deal with and happy to help. In particular, we appreciated Noah’s constant communication before, during and after the whole ordeal. He constantly kept us up to date, even when they ran into a small snag. We’ve dealt with other contractors who don’t communicate well at all, so this was a breath of fresh air. Like we told them, we hope we never need their services again, but if we do, I wouldn’t hesitate at all to call them back. They made an otherwise stressful situation much easier to deal with. If you need fire or water damage repair, call these guys - you won’t be disappointed!

I contacted Servate after a fire in my home which resulted in alot of damage from smoke and suet. Noah arrived the next morning and inspected my home. I knew immediately Servmate was the restoration company that had the know how and experience needed to tackle the damage. Each damaged area was thoroughly addressed and restored to its' original condition. At all times, Noah or his team answered any questions I had. They kept me informed of what to expect next. My family and friends are amazed at the final restoration condition of my home. One would NEVER know there had been an extensively house. Servmate receives my heartfelt thanks for their amazing work.
