My gas hot water heater started to leak on Easter weekend . Monday morning at 8:00am I called his office and spoke with a polite & pleasant lady Peggy. At 8:10 she called me back and advised that they can install a new water heater sometime today. Much to my surprise at 8:30 they were at my front door to start the install. The jobs was complete and the area was all cleaned up by 11:00am. Can’t say enough good things about this business other then I will continue to use them in the future. I Forget to mention they also installed a new HVAC system last year for me and the job was fantastic.

My first experience with Paros was fantastic, the replaced my sump, fixed my shower plumbing, installed new shower faucet and valve and installed a gas line - Fantastic workmanship, completed the same day. I was so happy with the work, that I called them back a few weeks later to have an estimate on a whole home air conditioning installed, scheduled the meeting and they never came or called to reschedule. Called them again to have the guys come out and do another gas line, fix an in wall plumbing leak. Also never called me back. I would be fine if it was rescheduled / communicated they weren't coming, radio silence is not acceptable. Sadly I have to find someone else to perform the work.
