I’m honestly furious with the way I was treated. Their reception staff is beyond unprofessional. I was told by a colleague to reach out to Ken for help, so I called and some lady picked up, rudely said “he’s not here,” and hung up on me. I called again thinking maybe it was a mistake, but she was just as rude the second time. Absolutely no manners, no basic customer service, nothing. What kind of company allows this behavior at their front desk? It’s a joke. Total clown show.
We had a fantastic experience with O'Connor Plumbing and Heating! Ken, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions. The new furnace they installed is working perfectly, and we couldn't be happier with the results. The entire process was smooth and professional from start to finish. On February 13th around 5pm our lenox gas furnace was having problems igniting and stay running. Friday morning February 14th at 8am. I called oconnors explained my situation and the secretary on the phone went through the daily work schedule and placed me on the service call log for 1pm. Promised me a call back before oconnors would arrive. 5 till 1pm. Oconnors called and were on their way. They checked over the furnace, within 10 minutes the problem with the furnace was recognized and began the repair job. The furnace needed a vent damper which the owner had to go back to the office to get one. While I was waiting the other gentleman gave... Keep in mind before you make that service 📞 call that you write down questions you need answers for. There is service 📞 call fee plus any parts if needed. I read 📚 over customer reviews which were 90 % positive. The other 10 % were negative. I worked in the service industry for over e r 36 years and saw and dealt with some real winners. I always said 1 out of 10 customers are going to be very difficult. The negative reviews says it all. Make no sense and want something for free. Have those type of people work in the customer service industry for a year and see how ridiculous 🙄 people operate.they always try and pull one over on you. Thank you oconners for keeping our house warm for winter.💯
Whoever was working was very rude to my wife on the phone and wouldn't even take her name down. If you don't want to work customer service maybe find a different job and not take it out on people trying to use your services. Pathetic. Do better.
