Lucy has been tuning our pianos, for nearly 30 years. In fact she was the one who led us to our purchasing a beautiful 1927 Steinway grand piano. Lucy, is knowledgeable, always prompt and the consummate professional. She has also been a great referral for other piano professionals. I cannot recommend her highly enough.

I have been a customer for years and have always been satisfied with the tuning and maintenance work on my grand piano. When asked for a recommendation, I mention Lucy's name because she is so reliable. She is very organized, responds immediately to calls and texts, and always follows up. She also installed my piano humidifier system and makes sure that it is working properly whenever the piano is tuned. Her pricing is very reasonable.
