Very friendly staff, and highly responsive. Unfortunately there were three separate issues with their cutting service this year: 1.) They provided less service than we agreed to, but charged us the same amount (i.e., didn’t cut the entire lawn but kept charging the same price). After speaking with the office they did politely correct this - which was much appreciated. This didn’t give me back the time it took me to do that section on my own every week though.. 2.) We then had a 25 year draught… and this was not accounted for in their cutting schedule (i.e., they continued weekly cutting to the detriment of the lawn health - so I basically had to pay someone to damage my lawn). During spring and fall they also repeatedly damaged the lawn - this isn’t entirely surprising given how wet and steep the lawn can get in places - so I didn’t make a fuss about it - but the no attempt to fix it is what agitated me. 3.) In late season was the last straw - they provided more service than we asked for (and billed us for it). I instructed them to only do one more cut, yet they continued with their weekly cutting anyway and of course charged us for all of those cuts we didn’t want or need. Seems as if you are either on their weekly schedule, or not. Everything else is ignored. Probably a good service for an absent owner who doesn’t care much about lawn health or their wallet. Otherwise I don’t recommend.

Hi just a quick note to say Intrinsic Property Services are a great Xi to deal with. Whether it be landscaping, lawn care, clean up snow removal just a nice reliable co to deal with. I’m sure they will meet your expectations, they sure meet mine. So they say a smile can change your day , well that always included also. Sometimes it can change your day. So if you need your lawn care or snow removal or grounds clean up give them a call you will not be disappointed. The entire team is wonderful.

I received great service during the time that I had contracted them to seasonally remove snow. I cancelled their service once I no longer had a rental to take care of and could manage on my own with my now fixed snow thrower. I received a bill for someone claiming to have come by, which I can prove did not happen from my security cameras at the time that they had claimed. I sent a screen shot of this to Heather, the billing person, and was assured that I was all set and that it would be taken care of. A few months later, I received another bill. I resent the same screen shot, the entire conversation that I sent over to Heather to Matty the owner. I received no response. Fast forward a few more months, and I receive a bill for the same day, now with a late fee. I called the main line, and re-emailed Matty and Heather stating that I will be going to the BBB for service not rendered should this go to collections, and that I will not be paying the bill as such. It's disappointing that I had to go this route, but as a person who pays their bills, I don't deserve this treatment or frustration. They removed the invoice.
