I was originally seeking a piano moving company, knowing I would need to have my piano tuned after it was repositioned in the room. No Luck. My continued search brought me to Little Valley Piano Service. Ben and his team are great communicators. Texts are sent to confirm appointments and update arrival time if running late or arriving early. As soon as I met Ben, I knew my piano was in the right hands. Ben walked me through the levels of service available to bring my piano back into wonderful condition. I know that my piano now has an outstanding professional maintaining my family heirloom. When faced with the extreme dry air of Vermont winters, Ben suggested and installed a piano humidity control system that maintains the stability and health of the entire piano and ensures the fine-tuning lasts longer. I rented a piano from Little Valley Piano Service for a summer vacation in Vermont. They delivered a fantastic Kawai grand piano to our rental house, which enabled me and my friends to play chamber music throughout our vacation. Ben and his team were total professionals through the whole process of booking (I had a lot of questions, and couldn't visit Vermont to check out the piano options), delivery, fine tuning, and pick up. Moving a grand piano is not cheap, but the fees were very reasonable (and significantly lower than the one other company I contacted for a quote). Highly recommend Little Valley Piano Service!
