This is one of best music shops, hands down. As a person who is heavily involved in Vermont's music scene, having my instrument at peak performance is vital. The entire staff is so pleasant and helpful. Seth is a top notch repair tech and fixes all my issues quickly and with professionalism. Thank you Seth, and rest of the staff at Ellis! Imported Yamaha YTS 61 is my sax of choice and pics for attention! Always come back in better condition than when I dropped it off.

I am only reviewing the rental process aspect of Ellis Music. We are new customers so I can't yet say how the customer service is for any aspect of the company. The process was so easy to use and understand. I really like how the people behind the website part of the company thought about how the best way would be to do online rentals/contracts and make everyone understand their responsibilities and rights. It felt so personal and I appreciate that so much. People don't understand when they are just swiping down and checking the box that they're actually agreeing to stuff. Thanks for the smooth online rental- I can't say it enough!! c:
