Service and communication were prompt and excellent. The only issue that I have is that I thought that the cost of the job was much higher than I thought it should be. Required purchase and installation of 2 "cartridges" for Moen shower controls.

After flooding ravaged part of our basement in Ludlow, leaving mold and requiring gutting and putting up new walls, Chris and his team did an amazing job fixing things up on a time crunch right before ski season. With constant updates and the best pricing around, they replaced our sump pump, put up new dry wall, cleaned out the mold, fixed the carpet, and ensured that it was flood proof moving forward. Evergreen is the best company we’ve ever hired for a home repair and I highly recommend them for anything you need done to yours. Thanks guys!

Chris and his team at Evergreen were excellent and we are very glad we chose them to complete our projects. They did three projects for us this fall. Estimates were accurate and reasonable, including how different materials would effect the overall cost. I needed a winter heating related task to be done at my property while I was away. Chris at Evergreen Property Care was recommended to me. I had not done business with them previously. Chris was quick to respond to my questions, explained what they do and was promptly onsite as we discussed. Chris completed the work professionally and without problem. Their rates are reasonable and I will definitely trust and use them for future work. It's great to have a reliable trusted resource for the unexpected things that always seem to come up.

If I could give 10 STARS, I would! I cannot say enough good things about Chris and crew. Chris is topnotch. He is responsive, kind, and willing to help out in a pinch. There were a couple of times that I needed Chris's mowing crew to come out sooner than later and he was able to work his magic to make that happen. I have hired other landscaping companies in the past, but Chris and his crew's level of professionalism, attention to detail, response, and kindness--can't say enough about this man's kindness!--far exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend this company for all your landscaping needs!
