Purchased new mattress with adjustable base. Michael was our salesperson and he was great. No pressure sales. He was patient and spent time answering our questions and concerns. His manager, Johnny was also great in getting us a deal. Definitely recommend both of them to help you.
I recently replaced my stove and range microwave at PC Richard and Sons, and I couldn't be more pleased with the experience. My sales representative, Eugene Rhodes, was incredibly patient and knowledgeable, guiding me through the differences among the appliances I was considering. I was able to make a decision quickly on Thursday, January 22, 2026. Now, just two days later, on Saturday, January 24, 2026, my new appliances have been delivered, installed, and are working perfectly. I truly appreciate the professionalism of both Eugene and the installers, who were not only efficient but also pleasant to work with. Overall, I would rate my experience a solid 10 out of 10!
