I was in dire need to add holes to my belt while working. Gavriel was closing shop when I got there, but he stayed to help me out. He didn't have to stay, but his commitment to his customers is excellent. I'm not from the neighborhood, but if I ever have any repair for my leather goods, I olwould definitely stop by. Definitely stop by and check him out.
I stopped in to see if he could add an extra hole to my leather belt. Did a great job, done in 2 minutes, and although I tried multiple times to pay him, he insisted it was no charge
I had an unexpected issue when my shoe strap broke several days ago. I was lucky enough to find this shop, and the gentleman who runs it kindly stayed late to help me. He fixed my shoes beautifully — they looked as good as new. His craftsmanship and warm attitude truly saved my day. Highly recommend this place for its excellent service and skill!
I had an excellent experience at Gavriel Shoe Repair. The owner fixed my bag zipper on the spot with impressive craftsmanship. He was also a genuinely great person. Remember to bring cash since they don’t take Apple Pay
This shoe repair is in the lower level of the mall. I get my tailoring done at the shop on the street level and decided to try this place downstairs. I needed heel taps added to my bootie. The shopkeeper did it on the spot for me. Nicely done for $5. Definitely recommend.
