Peter Naymik was our sales person on a recent visit to LH Brubakers, Lancaster location. He was extremely knowledgeable on all 3 of the appliances we were interested in. Our purchase was as smooth as anyone could ask for. Peter made our visit pleasurable as he was equally personable as professional. A great experience, we bought all three appliances!
Was pretty upset when me and my son walked in and we just got the side eye and then they decided to ask if I needed help after wondering around. Then an older couple walked in and they barely got through the door before being asked if they needed help. When I finally decided to ask for help, they just pointed and said it’s over there. We ended up going to Home Depot and purchasing one right after. They definitely lost my purchase. Do better.
I tried to order this Combo through Lowe’s 2 times and each time they came out for delivery the team tried to say that it couldn’t be done. But the 2 people LH sent was fantastic they got it up the stairs which was not easy as the Unit was 300lbs and bulky! They did it in a timely manner, they were polite and knowledgeable and with no damage to the unit! We were very impressed with their service and how they explained the maintenance to keep our unit clean and running properly. Thank you we love our GE washer dryer combo
