Lee has been very patient, thorough, professional, and kind. Im a lot to take, especially concerning bugs and phobias, and Lee met me within days of having my 3rd child (other moms will understand) and he was very clear and calm as I was a tornado of fear and emotion. I highly recommend him and would request him for service exclusively, should I ever need it again.
He was amazing how he got into my attic. I have other Terminex inspectors that have just said I can’t get up there. Their were just lazy. I have waited over a year for someone until Crystal got the inspection right away. His name is Jarred Petsch. He is amazing. So I better pay him well so he stays with your Company
The service I received was excellent ! The technician came and sprayed in a problem area on the back porch where I have ladybugs and flies and those water bugs. He sprayed the entire house. The only issue that I had was, I wasn’t expecting the technician! I canceled my appointment the day before Schedule. Terminix has a central office I believe that takes all calls no matter where you call from you’re not going to speak to the local Terminix company. Even though you may dial the local number it’s going to go somewhere else. Better communication would have resolved my issue. This incident reminds me to be a better communicator with Those I interact with daily. May it be family friends whomever better communication is something we all can improve.
The Terminix technicians, Mark, Crystal, and Manny did an excellent job fixing my termite issues. They arrived on time did a professional job and explain the process not to mention cleaning up after themselves and completing the job in a timely manner.
