Robert and Mike are very professional and responsive. I had a major issue with my Mount Vernon AE back in December, and I contacted Robert, who happened to be available to take care of it the same day. Lucky for me! He did the repair and some control board upgrades, and it's been running like it was just installed! And my stove was installed in 2011. Highly Recommended! Thanks again, Robert
Robert shows up on time and provides careful and quality service for a reasonable price. He replaced the igniter on my pellet stove the day before a big storm when he was very busy and working late. Thank you Robert
This Company went above and beyond excellent service! They spent the time to teach me about how to properly set up my Pellet stove. The price was also amazing!!!! They came the very next day to repair my stove to keep my family warm in single digit temperatures! They also sell great Pellets for almost half the price per ton as other companies! Contact them direct for info on pellets.
Robert is absolutely fantastic! Very reasonably priced and extremely knowledgeable. We had him come out and service our Quadra-Fire wood burning insert and clean our chimney this year for the first time. He will be our go to guy for as long as he is in business. My convection blower even started making a noise recently. I sent a video to Robert and he was nice enough to diagnosis the problem for me. Thanks again Robert! 10 out of 10 would recommend!
