I’m really not one for leaving negative feedback but I’m hoping I can save someone else from a similar experience. I ordered some replacement knobs for my oven. Verified the part was for my model oven. What arrived was (a) cheap plastic instead of metal and (b) not able to fit properly to the stove. When I contacted the company to execute a return I received minimal assistance in getting the item returned — and no response at all to three emails asking for clarity on their return process. I wasn’t looking to be complicated. I get it. Sometimes internet orders just don’t match to the need or expectation. But the refusal to communicate to help me wrap things up efficiently was just unnecessary. Would not recommend using this company.
