Great shop great customer service. The woman I had interacted with on the phone as well as in person couldn’t have be nicer, and very accommodating. Will definitely use them again

Had to pickup a thermistor for GE fridge and then washer drive belt within the span of a month. Great service as they had website with current inventory but both times was able to call ahead and double check. Prices were same as online with upside of no wait time.

My experience with this company was excellent. I called to inquire about parts for a 40 year old GE Stove. The first representative I spoke to looked into it but said they would have to refer me to another representative where they would be able to help me because of the age of the stove. The next representative then took the time to look up the parts, three tiny dial knobs. After looking she came back to me with the parts and the cost and ordered them for the next day. I was able to pick them up the next day and the stove was fixed. What I really appreciated is the way each person I interacted with was very helpful and friendly, i...
