Just Right Heating & Cooling

I have used Joel and Just Right several times in the past for service at my home in Grand Island....and I was always impressed and had great things to say. Recently I called Joel for a very different reason. My father's North Buffalo basement suffered a catastrophic flood. I called Joel and he responded within hours. Joel was able to temporarily get the furnaces going and restore heat. Joel was so knowledgeable and effective that he had 2 contractors and 3 laborers standing over him watching him work his magic. They asked him questions about his craft and Joel was happy to teach. I assume he did so hoping they could use the information to help others sometime in the future. Joel made quite an impression on the men in the basement that morning....men that truly understand the importance of networking with an honest person who knows what the heck he is talking about. As for my father, he is so grateful and looks forward to having Just Right replace the damaged units later this winter. Thank you Joel

I first called Just Right in the spring or early summer to get a quote for having AC installed in my home. I'd gotten quotes from multiple other companies but Just Right spent a lot more time than anyone else actually looking at my furnace and educating me about what needed to be done. Due to the layout of my furnace, it would require a rebuild to properly install the AC coil in a way that wouldn't degrade or rust out. They were the only company to have an honest conversation with me about what needed to take place. Because of this honesty, they saved me from wasting my money with another company who would have installed it quickly but inefficiently, costing me more money down the line. I called again today when my furnace was acting up during one of the coldest weeks of the year. Joel was at my house 3 minutes later and again educated me on what needed to happen and fixed it within minutes. I have been extremely happy with Just Right in every interaction and will certainly default to them for any HVAC needs in the future. Thanks again, Joel!
