If I could give more Stars I would! Sam came to my house on 1/13/26 and exhausted every option to try and repair my furnace spending several hours to no avail. He also recommended getting a second opinion in case he missed anything. He said he would follow up as he wanted to know if they could fix it. I could tell not being able to repair the unit was eating away at him and to he needed to be certain he did not miss something. The 2nd company came and the furnace was toast. They then Quoted an outrageous price and could not come until the weekend. Sam followed up before I was even awake and not only was he able to get me a quality furnace at a great price, he was able to come straight away himself to install it that same day. Sam and his team are pay great attention to detail, very friendly and have the old school do it right work mentality. Not only did he offer great customer service and an outstanding price he also noticed the slope of the exhaust was not right that was used with my furnace he was replacing and fixed the error. Thanks to him and his team, we now have heat before it goes down into the teens tonight and tomorrow. I had other HVAC Contractors come in and said I needed a knew furnace without ever testing my furnace. Sam was very knowledgeable and tested my furnace and said I did not need a new furnace at this time. I wanted a better filtration and cleaner air so Sam suggested an Aprilaire filtration system with a UV Light. He gave me a great price. They did a great job modifying the ductwork and installing the filtration system and UV Light. They also installed a new smart thermostat and replaced an expansion tank on my hot water heater. They arrived right on time and completed everything in a short time, cleaned up everything and then Sam had me inspect their work. I was impressed on how well the new ductwork fit to my existing ductwork and that all joints were fitted with seals. Sam also found a problem with the builders installation of my furnace that was causing a negative affect on my air flow. He fixed that problem. I would highly recommend Service Pro for any HVAC work you need. You won't be disappointed.
