From start to finish, you really should Just Call Roy's! I needed a new water heater to replace my outdated almost leaking water heater, and was looking at a water powered back-up sump pump. Jim M. came over and quoted me for the work, and explained everything in detail before the work began. He explained why Roy's installs the brands which they do, and the benefits that it has for the homeowner. His detailed explanation put my mind at ease, and I knew Roy's would be the ones to do the work. On the day of installation, Jack and Jeremiah were on time, outlined what was going to be done, and got right to work. They were quick and efficient, and I didn't even notice the water was off while they were working (they were that efficient!). The work areas were cleaned after, and I couldn't be happier with how quick and efficient my new Bradford White water heater is (I guess there is something to be said about American Manufacturing!). I hope never to have to use the water back-up sump pump, but I will certainly sleep easier knowing that it is silently protecting my family should my sump pump fail, or the power go out. I look forward to them performing my HVAC tune up!
