Ok, so a clock that I had in my family for over 50 years that I wanted to pass down to my daughter, your $450. Repair bill was just too much for me to handle. So I ended up having to sell it to a novice collector that in less than 24 hours had it working without replacing any parts. Why anyone would trust you to repair a family heirloom is beyond me. It really saddens me that I had to give up our family treasure because of your greed.

Great costumer service! Fast service and extremely reasonable prices. I had to replace a gasket on a Rolex which got water inside. Also I replaced a letter strap on a separate watch. I highly recommend this place.

I took 8 watches to get batteries replaced from various manufacturers. Most of my watches are either designer or hipster style and they were able to diagnose the watches and replace all the batteries with the exception of one of them because it was just no longer operational. They were efficient, honest and prompt and they called me when the work was complete, which is a plus with me. I would recommend them all the time!
