I called about my generator not working in the morning and by early afternoon, I had a service member at my home. He was courteous, explained what he would be looking for and the possible means to fix the problem(s) and was very helpful in answering my questions. Very pleasant young man. Great representative for the company.
Zero degrees out and furnace dies on a Saturday at 4:30pm. I called four companies, but the ONLY one able to come out the same night AND had the replacement blower available was Adema. The tech Adam called me and gave me updates until he was able to arrive just a few hours later. Heat was back on by 9pm. Adam was super friendly and helpful. Highly recommend.
Adema Heating and Cooling was exceptional. They were on time, communicated throughout the process, didn't make a mess and were so thorough. Evan was our technician and he is the type of employee I am sure companies dream of. He was so kind with my elderly mother and understanding it had been awhile since we got the furnace serviced. We will be making this a yearly thing. Evan was great and overall this was the easiest and best experience. Price was very competitive without losing any attention to detail or value.
