Buying a furnace is a big deal . It’s expensive and essential. Issac Heating truly made this decision easy and the customer service is over the top ! My wife and I made contact with 3 Issac employees and they were all fantastic. Dallas for a service call , Jessica for a quote and Brandon for the install . Professionalism , courtesy, prompt service and a feeling that the job was done right and that I as well as my wife were valued as a customer left me with a feeling that we made the right decision. I truly had a great experience as a first time customer. They were amazing from the time I made the appointment, the assessment and installation. Cory was very helpful and personable and made the process very easy, and gained my trust immediately. Louis the installer was very professional and very experienced. Very quiet but still friendly, and he got straight to work and worked hard for hours and did an amazing installation. I am very much grateful for this business as they helped us at an unexpected time as these things tend to happen, and they were extremely efficient, effective and reasonable especially during the cold winter we are anticipating.
