Had to call Heatwave at 3am for help. The person answering was very helpful. I couldn’t believe it when she said a tech would be out sometime during business hours. It was such a relief. I got a call at 7:30am to let me know someone would be at my house in approximately 2hours. This was during Winter Storm and Severe Weather Warnings and temperatures around 6degrees! The time when everyone’s furnace dies. The tech came out and was very thorough. Said he wasn’t making recommendations until he was certain of the problem. His troubleshooting identified more than one problem but at first not the issue that made my furnace unable to heat my house. But he worked it out and showed me exactly where he found problems. I had to get a new furnace and new AC equipment was recommended by the manager. The new furnace will be put in one day after original call. Tech offered space heaters to help get me through. The office people were very efficient and assisted me with financing. All-in-all I am very pleased.
