Troy was an absolute godsend!! I had dropped my rolex and it stopped working. I was lost trying to find a reputable watchmaker that I could trust with the task. I made an appointment on their website leaving a description of what had happened and contact info. Troy called me not 30 minutes later to see when worked best to come in to the shop. I was immediately at ease when he said he would take a look and roughly 5 minutes later he emerged from the workshop saying 'Good news!' The hairspring had been off ever so slightly from the drop and due to his expertise, he diagnosed it and fixed the issue. When I asked how much, he insisted no charge. I can't say enough how professional and efficient the entire experience was. A beautiful showroom to boot. I will not be going anywhere else for clock or watch repair from here on out and I suggest the same for you.

I love that this place has a decades long highly regarded reputation. It is wonderful to go into a place where you know you can get the service you need for watches or clocks. So many happy customers in the store. I was there two days in a row to replace watch batteries--my own one day, and my mother's the next. Besides that I was able to double check that what landed in my hand while at church was indeed a diamond. Yes. I have since contacted the church so that it can get back to the owner.
