Don't hold up their end on extended warranty. Dont waste your money or time. Find a more reliable company. Service has went down hill over the past year. We have been a loyal customer since 2020, but can no longer take the treatment with the horrible customer service from the owner and vice president. The only one that seem to care about the customers is the receptionist, however, there is nothing that she can do for the issues that we are having.She just relays the message. Owner and VP dont reach back out or respond to calls or emails. They(VP) have cancelled on two no heat orders day of service, telling me to us another provider as they have no one that can work on the Equipment that they installed. We have an extended warranty and now having to pay out of pocket for work that should be covered under our extended warranty we paid for. The first time VP said they would help make it right and got the run around for sometime and then never heard anything back, tried calling several times leaving voicemails and nothing. The first time back in May 2025 we had No heat day of appointments they called and said sorry we have no one to service your equipment, please reach out two one of these two companies they will over warranty work, ended up paying $503 Over the summer they came out and did a tune up one the Equipment back to fall had November no heat morning of the appointment they call me at 9 am saying that they have no one to service my equipment the person quit on Friday and I need to call one of these 2 companies to get service done. Now out of pocket another $150. I have written to Brandon and Josh both serval time on same email and haven't heard anything from either. Now its December and I am without heat again, have called email receptionist has put in request for me to receive calls and nothing. Don't waste your time or money with this company his F.A.R.E standard is nothing but a joke. No customer support.
