I’ve used Ryan’s All Glass twice over the past 8–9 years and previously had excellent service, which is why I reached out to them again after purchasing a new home. On February 6th, I sent the requested measurements and photos the same day. I followed up multiple times (Feb. 7th, 9th, and again on Feb. 19th) and was repeatedly told I would receive an estimate by phone or email. Each time, I was assured it would be sent “within the hour” or by a specific date—but nothing was delivered without me having to call back. It’s disappointing to see such a decline in customer service. If a company cannot follow through with providing a quote, it’s hard to trust them with the actual installation. As a repeat customer, I expected better. Unfortunately, I will be taking my business elsewhere.
