*Update* since my initial review the basement authority has been in contact and corrected all mistakes. Including replacing the damaged basketball hoop We have had nothing but issues since the first day of install and we’re still dealing with issues. 10/16/25, First day of installation of our French drains inside our basement, removing 1/2 the wall of drywall, tearing out existing carpet and LVP flooring. We were told the crew would arrive at approximately 8:30am-9:00am, the crew did not arrive until 10:22am and when asked why they stated “we had to make a few stops” as they threw their McDonald’s breakfast bags in our trash cans. The crew they proceeded to call me at 12:15pm to inform me they were done for the day. So not even 2hrs worth of work on the first day. When they called to let me know they were leaving for the day I verified what time approximately they would arrive for day 2 on 10/17/25. I was again told approximately 8:30-9:00am. When I arrived home later that day my garage was filled with a pile the size of a small car of drywall pieces, busted concrete and water/ Gatorade bottles. 10/17/25, The second day of install at approximately 8:29am the electrician arrived and when he saw how little work was completed he stated he would have to wait for the installation crew to arrive because he couldn’t do his job until the crew gave exact location of where our sub pump would be. The electrician informed me he was also told the crew would arrive at approximately 8:30-9:00am. The electrician and I stood in my garage talking till approximately 9:30am and still the installation crew had not arrived. The electrician stated he would go to another job and return later that day. I made a call to speak to the installation supervisor who stated the crew would be there shortly. At 9:57am I received a call from the installation crew who stated they were approximately 30mins away. At 10:22am the installation crew arrived and while backing into our driveway struck our in ground basketball hoop that is off the driveway. That collision broke the backboard to our hoop, busted the concrete in the ground and twisted the entire pole approximately 30* to where the basketball hoop was now almost facing our house. Supervision of the installation crew was notified by myself and they stated they would address the tardiness as well as the damages done to our basketball hoop/pole. The installation crew worked till approximately 6pm and called to let me know they had finished. When I arrived home they had removed all debris from the garage area however they failed to remove the giant roll of old carpet from the middle of the basement. Additionally, when removing the existing LVP flooring they failed to remove most of what they were supposed to take out, snapped pieces off around our toilet and bathroom sink counter. Upon inspection of the clean out area of our French drain system they had also gotten concrete inside of the French drain system. The supervisor of the installation crew was again contacted and an appointment was made for 10/23/25 for him to come out to inspect the work done. 10/23/25 The installation supervisor arrived at approximately 12pm, the time he told me he would be there. He stated that the crew was late on 10/16/25 because they had training specifically related to “backing into driveways” that training really seemed to pay off seeing as they took our basketball hoop out on 10/17/25. Along the lines of the crews tardiness on 10/17/25 the supervisor informs me there is no reason they should’ve been so late. Upon inspection of the complaints I had with installation, a crew was called to pick up the giant roll of carpet which they did later arrive and pick up. The supervisor inspected the area around our sink counter and toilet and informed me that the LVP installation crew would remove our toilet/counter and fix the flooring properly. The supervisor opened our French drain clean out access point and his first words were “well that’s not what it’s supposed to look like” *post continued in photos*
John and Ethan were great! They did an excellent job with lifting up my porch and they were informative and kind! I would highly recommend!! This is the second time I have used this company because of the quality of work they do!!
I just had my basement waterproofed, and I cannot say enough about the amazing job that Anderson, Oscar, and Nelson did. They arrived Tuesday morning and had everything completely finished by Wednesday afternoon, so much faster than I expected. From start to finish, they were professional, kind, and respectful. They took the time to explain what they were doing, worked efficiently as a team, and left everything spotless. By the time they were done, my basement looked completely different! Clean, secure, and better than I imagined. I truly appreciate how polite and courteous they were the entire time, and how well they cleaned up after the j... It’s rare these days to find a crew that delivers not just great workmanship but also such a positive attitude. If you’re considering basement waterproofing, I highly recommend asking for Anderson, Oscar, and Nelson. They went above and beyond, and I’m so grateful for their hard work.
Kevin Sweeney was amazing and very helpful with our questions with our first home purchase. He answered all our questions and was very informative on things we didn't know as first time home owners.I will be back just for him!
