I had a new bathroom that needed to be installed. Installation was done on 8/30/2025 so a little bit late on the review but hey, we are getting it done. Joseph Oswald was my specialist who visited and was able to help us design our bathroom to our needs. He was very knowledgeable and patient with us as we asked many questions and tried to get the best price. In the end we were able to work out a deal with him and the owner and we really appreciate it. Gives us plenty of time to get the money so we can pay the loan off. I do wish they had more flexible payment plans with no interest but the quality of work was there. Cliff and Josh were my ins... I had a new bathroom that needed to be installed. The install took a little bit since our old bathroom was leaking resulting in some rotting flooring. Cliff took the extra step to re do it for us and to elevate the install to make sure it was done correctly. Still waiting on the sign we can put in our yard to advertise Bath Direct USA. Overall, a very nice experience. I have some windows that need to be looked at so planning on going over to that department with initial quoting.

My wife and I would like to tell everyone how much we appreciate the work of Cliff Bowen and his crew of Bob and Josh. They where very much attentive to there work and making sure we where in the loop on all things that they where doing on the job. Very nice and ensure that they were very opened to any question we had. Cliff took the time to have my wife come into the shower to show where she wanted the grab bar and explained how everything will look and will be done. It took 3 days to install. The installer was alone the first day. Day 2 and 3 he had help. My husband and I are very pleased.

Installation is fast and the crew respects the home—they will lay down protective coverings, clean up after themselves, and will walk you through every detail. It’s rare to find a company that still delivers old-school customer service, but Bath Direct USA does. I highly recommend them to anyone in Ohio looking for bathroom remodels. They truly care about their customers and stand behind their work.
