Matt did an excellent job, from start to finish. He was courteous, thorough, precise, and clean in his work. We had a new bathtub, acrylic tile shower walls, and acrylic tile wainscoting installed in the bathroom. What a dramatic difference his work and the Bath Fitter product made. It brightened the room right up and made it like a luxury hotel bathroom, all in the span of one workday. Well done, Matt and Bath Fitter. Thank you again. We recommend their products and services.
Logan demonstrated his technical expertise, high reliability, detail-orientedness, and professionalism. I had an older bathtub converted into a walk-in-shower. Logan gutted the bathtub and walls. He installed new copper piping and faucets and installed new drainage pipes along with support boards. The shower fixture with seat and grab bars were securely installed by Logan. He demonstrated not only advanced plumbing skills but he also has advanced carpentry skills. The installation, repairs, and adherence to building codes moved forward with no issues. There was clear communication between Logan and my family and he also made recommendations which we appreciated. He completely cleaned up the bathroom prior to his leaving. I highly recommend Logan for the work was completed as we agreed. He is committed to providing excellent customer service and very passionate that Bath Fitter has a superior reputation.
I had three new tubs installed in my rental property and they all came out fantastic. The workers were efficient and did a great job. They left the bathrooms very clean. Matt was wonderful. I actually had a small issue the next day that had to be addressed and Bathfitter was very prompt to show up and fix it. They came the very next day! I am very happy with their services.
Matt & Jared came and did my install and I can’t say enough good things about them! They showed up promptly and right on time, removed (and hauled away) my old shower unit, and installed my beautiful new unit! They worked hard, and fast, and got the job done in about 4 hours, including cleanup. Once the job was done, Matt went over the care and cleaning step by step and answered any questions. They did an amazing job and I would highly recommend them!
Matt and Jarod did an exceptional job installing my Mom’s walk in shower. Matt worked with Mom to ensure the seat was the perfect height and grab bars were placed to provide as much support as possible. Mom is absolutely delighted with her new shower. I highly recommend Bath Fitter; they were efficient, super clean, very friendly, and so easy to work with.
