We’ve been using J Blanton for a couple of years now, ever since we bought our 3-flat building, and we’ve generally had very good experiences. But today was one of the best. Lou came out to fix an issue with one of our toilets. This is an older building with plenty of quirks, and while J Blanton had previously repaired the same issue, it eventually came back. Lou not only addressed the immediate problem, but also made some thoughtful adjustments to help prevent it from happening again. What really stood out was that he took the time to explain how water systems in older homes can behave differently and offered practical advice on what to do — and what to avoid — going forward. It didn’t feel rushed or transactional. He genuinely seemed invested in making sure we understood the bigger picture. Lou was professional, personable, and clearly takes pride in his work. The repair was done well, and I walked away feeling confident in the solution. I’m very satisfied with today’s experience and truly appreciated going above and beyond.

Edgar was as professional and knowledgeable as they come. He took the time to explain what was going on and provide options and he was not pushy in any way. He helped my husband and I make an educated decision and feel good about spending a good chunk of change. Edgar is a fabulous representation of J. Blanton and they are lucky to have him! Thanks to Edgar we had hot water for our guests coming in for the holidays and for our two little ones! He cleaned up any mess made during installation and even spent time explaining future servicing needs to get the longest lifetime out of our new system. Thanks so much Edgar - you were great!
