Cahill was very responsive to our urgent need to replace our furnace. They had a competitive quote and came within days to install. The installers including Juan were very knowledgeable and professional. Their customer service was top notch from initial reach out to installation.
I had issues for the last few years with my furnace, which was about 1314 years old. I used another large company and spent money that was unnecessary in the end with that company. I then became a bit more desperate with my furnace working and not working And upon calling Cahill they sent someone within hours and I ended up needing a new furnace and got it less than 36 hours. The technician was extremely knowledgeable and kind. The technicians that install the furnace were quick, clean and efficient. I highly recommend Cahill and look forward to continuing with maintenance in the future.
Amazing experience. Miguel and Edgar were fabulous installers. Cahill beat out local competitors by thousands of dollars for new furnace and AC. They have earned a forever customer. Class act, honest, knowledgeable, never pressured me- starting with Anthony who performed initial evaluation and quote through installation. Highly recommend!
