I contacted them when one of the windows was leaking water. They had great communication and arrived on time. They did a fantastic job replacing two broken panes of glass and carefully recaulked the window that was leaking. My husband was impressed by Alex’s skill and the clean quality of the work. I really appreciate not having to worry about a leaking window in this subzero weather. Highly recommend!
We had peeling paint, rotting wood, and broken curved glass in our Queen Anne turret. We never thought we would be able to have these windows restored and didn't wnt to replace them with new flat modern vinyl type wndows. We never thought we could afford restoration or if it was even possible. Reborn Window sourced 3 slump glass panels to replace our panes and refabricated the curved wooden frames that could not be repaired, without us having to take out a second mortgage! Very affordable!! They also repaired other frames and sills rotted due to improper roof drainage. These guys are so wonderful to deal with. Tina in the office is so gracious Alex was friendly, detailed, and precise. This is a class act organization. I can't recommend them more highly.
They arrived punctually at the scheduled time and worked assiduously everyday to get the work done promptly. They repaired all the windows that had rotten wood and also a replaced a few glasses. You can be see from the photos where they even fixed a few cedar siding shingles. The quality of work done was excellent! Also planning on using them next year for a front door replacement…
We have had Reborn Window out twice this year. Once for a broken basement window and the other to repair a leak in our sliding glass door seal and rotten wood frame. They were very responsive to initial inquiries, were professional, had reasonable pricing compared to some other companies, and did a great job with both repairs. They had to do additional work for the slider once they looked deeper into the issue, but didnt charge us any extra which we really appreciated. We are very happy with their work!
Awesome! Reach out for repair estimate. They came out as scheduled and provide estimate as well as a replacement option. Went replacement after seeing windows at their showroom. Window install completed today and could not be happier. Team are master craftsman and coordination and communication was great. This was not an easy job, old window was 70+ years old. Will go to Reborn Window going forward for all my repair and replace needs. Check it out, went with European style windows.
