I was extremely impressed with my recent first-time experience using Green Tech Plumbing. I worked separately with Bill, Jarrod, Declan, and Tim, all of whom were punctual, friendly, and provided honest feedback and did a great job. As a female home owner, I often dread home repairs that require a technician since I am frequently met with exaggerated estimates along with aggressive attempts to upsell maintenance service programs. Fortunately, this was not the case with Green Tech Plumbing. They performed the necessary work at a fair price and were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I highly recommend their services and intend to make Green Tech Plumbing my go-to plumber for any future needs.

We will never go to any other plumber. They are the best. They got here much faster than we thought we would be able to get a plumber out here. We were terrified what the cost would be, considering there was more involved than we originally thought. But the charge was incredibly reasonable and affordable. I accidentally wrote their check on an old checkbook which wasn’t the right account. They were very understanding and let us find the right account checkbook and bring in the correct check. They were patient and kind. When we are ready to put a new faucet in the kitchen, they are who we are going to. (And I will make sure I’m using the right checkbook) We feel we will always be able to trust them. My husband felt very comfortable and relaxed with Green Tech. If you need a plumber, go to them. Don’t mess around with anyone else.

Woke up this morning with my sump pump alarm going off at 5am. Checked the power and pump were on but no water being ejected into the yard. Low and behold the above ground discharge pipe was frozen which caused the pump to alarm. Green Tech Plumbing was called at 6:30a, they arrived at 7:45a and proceeded to cut the existing pipe and installed a temporary line that I will reroute in the spring. Fast, efficient and resonably priced. By 9a they were gone and pump is discharging as designed.
