Northwest Metalcraft Fireplace & Patio

We had them install a gas fireplace in our existing wood burning, gas starter fireplace. The showroom was great and they didn't try to pressure us. They let their great products sell themselves. Once we purchased, their installer was very communicative and punctual. They told us about 4 weeks initially but were able to get it done in just 2, that was great since we got it just before Christmas. The fireplace is awesome. It has the remote with thermostat function so keeps our drafty living room warm whenever we need it. It looks great and is easy to operate. It may seem pricey, but we couldn't be happier with the results.

My husband and I worked with Shane on outdoor furniture for our home. His ideas, attention to details and of course his sense of humor made the buying experience easy. They delivered the furniture very far and the gentlemen who drove and set the furniture up were very experienced and knowledgeable and friendly. We recently used Northwest Metalcraft for our outdoor kitchen. We wanted something contemporary to match the style of our modern farmhouse. They have a multi level showroom with a huge selection of anything fireplace/patio that is a fun experience to visit. We even ended up buying our kitchen table and lounge set from them too. From the beginning of our project to the end, the customer service was phenomenal. They went above and beyond to create what we wanted, made sure we got the best products and gave us a very fair price. The install was smooth and all of the products are extremely high quality. We will definitely be using Northwest Metalcraft in the future
