We’ve used Chem-Wise for about 2 years now and I would highly recommend their tri-annual service to anyone dealing with pest issues. They have great customer service and knowledgeable technicians. They also will come out very quickly when you have issues spring up. 100% recommend!
Juan has been our technician for about a year. He has been awesome, listens to our concerns and works with us. He provides great feedback and has helped us out! Dwight the manager has been very involved and follows up with me and makes sure any concerns i have are taken care of. We are very happy with the service, so happy we came back to Chem-wise!
Jose is the best technician we’ve had so far! He’s gentle, professional, careful, and respectful. He bravely entered the dirtiest area in my basement and thoroughly inspected each quarter, uncovering mice activities and holes that no one else had noticed before. He also patiently explained all the details and educated me about mice activities and habits. He is definitely a reliable and trustworthy technician for pest control.
Donald did an awesome job! We always get fantastic service from your technicians, with great pest reduction results. Donald was awesome, as I said. He called to alert me he would be a little early, but since I did not answer, he did not come early. Extremely respectful. I asked him to come inside and do the basement and crawl space to prepare for winter and keep the critters from seeking warmth. He did this all in spades. I can't say enough about how great Donald was and I really appreciate all the technicians who have provided service to us over the years. Thanks a million!
