decent products overall, but if it’s not working right, take it back just get your money back and come back a week later and buy a new one. got an Apple Watch series 2 and could not get it to work right to start with switched to spectrum they couldn’t do it switched to T-Mobile. They ran the IME number whatever it is and said it was an iPad. I said no it’s a watch took it back to Apple. They said it’s fine. Doesn’t receive text. I have an LTE plan has never worked like it’s supposed to. So if you’re getting a watch and it doesn’t work in the first three days, take it back immediately don’t let them tell you the next software update will fix it. Switch carriers. That’ll fix it because it doesn’t.
