I've been using them for years and always been happy with them. They're consistently responsive and professional. Today I had a boiler not working in the cold (15 degrees). They sent someone right over and quickly fixed the problem same day.

Had a new furnace put in by them took one day and they did an excellent job. Very courteous and hard workers. Left the basement cleaner then it was when they got there I think. Great company. I am getting ready to replace my furnace in my other house and am using them as well.

We needed to have the coil replaced on our air conditioning unit. This has been an ongoing issue over a few years, with no resolution from Penstan Supply, the distributor, Rheem/Ruud, the manufacturer or other HVAC companies. Ryan came out the beginning of June, double checked the other "repairs" and diagnosed the system himself. It turned out that we needed a new coil -- he and Brad installed that coil in a matter of hours. They were pleasant and answered all of my questions, stopped to converse with our dog and cleaned up so that you would never know they had been in our home. The billing was fair, Lori in the office was a sweetheart and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a plumbing or HVAC contractor! This was the best experience we've had with a contractor in a long time!
