Their selection is impressive, with pieces that fit a wide range of styles and budgets. What stood out most was the customer service; they make you feel taken care of from the moment you walk in. I walked into Herzogs really just to look at engagement rings for the first time and had no expectation of finding our forever Jeweler, but that is indeed what happened. Herzogs is truly such a special place. So many jewelry stores feel elite, but out of touch. Even as a client who knowingly has expensive taste, the customer service is often not personable at most stores, but this couldn’t be further from the experience at Herzogs. We have worked with Seth now on several different occasions, and he has gone above and beyond for each of them, making the experience of shopping and choosing these pieces as special as the pieces themselves. My partner and I both really value relationships and it’s clear that Herzogs does too. There’s no better feeling than trusting the sales and jeweler team you work with, and that’s definitely what we have at Herzogs. They spend time with you, get to know you, and you never feel rushed, even in busy season. Outside of the special environment at the store, the store itself houses so many beautiful pieces. I am definitely a modern traditionalist when it comes to my style. I love the classic pieces, but often also enjoy some modern twists or aesthetics. Herzogs has all of the timeless pieces that I love, and also variations of new designs that I hadn’t thought of and end up falling in love with, and everything in between and beyond. We will never go anywhere else.
